- All major cities in Pakistan
- Metro and rural areas (where courier services operate)
If your location is out of coverage, our support team will contact you.
2. Processing Time
Once your order is confirmed:
- Mealworm products: 1–2 business days
- Equipment or accessories: 1–3 business days
- Large bulk orders: 2–5 business days (depending on stock)
Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
- Punjab: 1–3 days
- Sindh: 2–4 days
- KPK: 2–4 days
- Balochistan / GB: 3–6 days
Delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or seasonal load.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees vary based on:
- Weight of the product
- Destination city
- Courier service rate
You will see the final shipping cost at checkout before confirming your order.
5. Packaging Standards
We use secure packaging based on product type:
Mealworms:
- Air-permeable bags or boxes
- Temperature-safe cushioning
- Double-layer dispatch bags
Accessories / Farm Supplies:
- Bubble wrap
- Corrugated boxes
- Tape-sealed packaging
We ensure all products are shipped in a safe condition.
6. Live Mealworm Shipping Disclaimer
For live mealworms:
- Shipping is done only during suitable weather conditions
- Extreme heat or cold can affect survival rates
- If weather is unsafe, we may delay dispatch and inform you
We do our best to ensure safe arrival but cannot guarantee 100% survival due to temperature and courier handling.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped:
- You will receive an SMS or email with tracking details
- You can track your shipment through the courier website
If you don’t receive tracking info, contact us anytime.
8. Damaged or Delayed Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or delayed:
- Take clear photos of the product and packaging
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- We will investigate with the courier and resolve the issue fairly
For live products, quick reporting is required.

If you enter a wrong or incomplete address:
- Delivery may fail
