1) Products Covered

  • Live Products: live mealworms, beetles, pupae
  • Dried Products: dried mealworms, mealworm powder
  • Organic Fertilizers: mealworm frass
  • Feed Supplies: wheat bran (chokar)
  • Tools & Accessories: trays, racks, finalizer/sifting trays

2) Live Products — Special Terms

Live insects are sensitive to temperature and handling during delivery. Eligibility is outlined below:

Important: For live products, please email clear photos/videos within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible.


3) Non-Live Products (Dried, Powder, Fertilizer, Tools)

Refund or replacement may apply if any of the following occur. Please inform us within 3 days of delivery with proof (photo/video):

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged or defective packaging on arrival
  • Product spoiled or expired upon delivery

4) Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used packs of dried worms, powder, frass, or feed
  • Items exposed to moisture, contamination, or improper storage
  • Customized orders or bulk farm setups

5) How to Request a Return/Refund

  1. Email: info@mealworms.com
  2. Include:
    • Order number
    • Product name
    • Reason for refund/return
    • Clear photos/videos as proof
  3. We’ll respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.

6) Refund Method

  • Bank transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash
  • Store credit (optional, on customer request)

Approved refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.


7) Return Shipping

  • If our error: wrong item or damaged on arrival → we cover return shipping.
  • If customer changes mind / orders by mistake: customer pays return shipping.
